Who we are

Ruff Life Pet Resort is a family owned business in Kent City Michigan. We opened in January 2023.

Our family knows your pet is a big part of your family. We also know how hard it can be to leave them when you go away. We want to take the stress out of leaving. We will provide a safe, clean, fun, and loving environment that your pet looks forward to visiting.

 We are located in a private wooded setting off of 17 Mile RD in Kent City.  We have 10 acres with fenced play yards and trails for walking.  Schedule a tour with us!

When your pet stays at Ruff Life, you can guarantee that they will be taken care of in a friendly, fun, clean environment.

 We care for each pet as if it was our own, providing love, safety, and security. We will go above and beyond to ensure your family members comfort.

You are welcome to come for a tour or meet and greet with your pet and see why we are an excellent choice when you're away.

overnight stays require rabies, distemper, & bordetella vaccines up to date. 

DROP OFF and PICK UP hours are as follows:

Mon-Fri- 7AM - 9AM & 4PM-6PM

Sat- CLOSED for drop off/pick up

Sun- 4PM-7PM

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring the amount of food needed for your pets stay. We prefer meals to be in ziplock bags.

You MAY bring beds, blankets, toys, bones, treats, anything you want from home to make them comfortable in their room.

These items will stay in their space with them.

We have raised cots if you prefer to not pack a bed. We do offer stainless steel bowls as well. 

Boarding cancellation policy:

During peak stays ( ie: holidays/spring break)

we ask for a two week notice.

 Off peak we ask for a 3 day notice. If you need to cancel outside of this window your deposit will be credited to your account for your next visit.
